My dear Barbara, please accept our deepest condolences for the passing of your lovely husband, Enrico. We cannot believe it yet. Enrico was a lovey, nice man, a great husband, a great father a very great grandpa too. Every time we were meeting him, he always took the time to talk to us, no matter how busy he was. He was coming to the Vieux Chateau, Restaurant on his way to is dart games, was eating a nice spaguatti and was so happy that I, Aline was serving him. He was one of my best customer, always smiling and so polite. He was so happy that I was giving his bill fast because he has to go and see his friends who played darts with him. Around Xmas time, Enrico was so happy to make dutch apple chocolate pies for us ! They were so so scrumptious . Everything we ordered from their catering was was the best! Barb and Enrico were serving us with the greatest friendly smile. This is totally incredible and rest assure my dear Barbara, that we will never forget this nice, caring, gentleman !

We talked about some of our memories over the last 40+ years of our friendship. We joked, we laughed and we cried but most of all, we managed to say our goodbye's. I will cherish that phone call for the rest of my life. Rick was our drummer when we started "The Ghost Riders" band. back in the early 80's. He continued to play drums with us for many years. Wow.....great memories are flowing as I write this. Rick was a friendly, happy, talented chef and musician. In all the years I've known him, not once have I ever seen Rick in a bad mood, or unhappy about anything. He had a knack for making everyone's day just by being Rick! I am very proud of having known him and to call him my friend. I will always remember him, cherish the memories and the great food he prepared on many occasions for me and my family. So Rick, I hope you brought your drumsticks with you because now you're a member of "The Ghost Riders in the Sky" RIP my friend......Goodbye.
