Fraser, Neil Donald Peacefully at home on Wednesday August 28, 2013 Neil Fraser of Dalkeith, Ontario passed away at the age of 67. Predeceased by his parents William and Olive Fraser. Beloved husband of Sylvia. Proud and loving father of Stephen and Ian (Jennifer). Adoring Grandpa of Meaghan. Dear brother of Malcolm (Jean), David (the late Ruth), Gordon (Sandra) and Alistair. Fond son-in-law of Greta McGowan (the late Rev. James McGowan). Neil will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews, cousins and the McGowan family. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service at St. Columba Presbyterian Church, Kirk Hill, on Saturday August 31,2013 at 1 p.m. followed by interment at St. Columba Cemetery, Kirk Hill. In honoring Neil's wishes, there will be no formal visitation.
