Dear Barb and Family I'm just hearing of the passing off Fred. My heartfelt condolences, go out to you and your family. We are so sorry to hear of the passing of “Grandpa Neale”. Although we have not had the opportunity to meet him personally, we have heard many stories and have seen numerous photos and videos of him with his great-grandchildren. He seemed to be truly a kind and special man. May you all find peace in your happy memories of him. He will always be there in your heart.
