WOOD, Sidney E. 1924-2011 Peacefully on Wednesday July 6, 2011 at the Hawkesbury and District General Hospital surrounded by his family. A proud W.W. II Veteran. He leaves to mourn his beloved wife of 64 years Ruth Waterbury, his children Rick (Ginette), Jim (Angie) and Don (Sue), grandchildren Ryan (Jen), Michael, Wesley, Kevin, Julie, Stacey and Chrissy, great –grandchild Riley. Survived by his brother Ernie Wood. Predeceased by brothers Wallace, Gilbert and Kenneth .Visitation will be held at Hillcrest Funeral Home 151 Bond Street Vankleek Hill, Ontario on Friday July 8th, 2011 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. A Private Family Service will be held on Saturday July 9th 2011.
