McPhee, Donald Fraser Dec. 12,1927- May 20,2016 Peacefully at the Prescott Russell Residence on Friday May 20,2016 Donald Fraser “DF” McPhee of Vankleek Hill passed away at the age of 88. Predeceased by his parents Donald Andrew McPhee and Margery Elizabeth Fraser. Survived by his beloved wife of 65 years Barbara (née Macdonald) and their children Joanne, Andrew, Michael and Margery. Predeceased by his son Peter Alexander.
