MacDuff- Desjardins, Thelma Peacefully on Sunday May 27th, 2012 with her family by her side Thelma Desjardins (nee MacDuff) of Montreal, Quebec formerly of Chute a Blondeau, Ontario passed away at the age of 82. Predeceased by her parents Grace Taylor and Chester MacDuff. Beloved wife of the late Jean Gaetan Desjardins. Loving mother of Dorothy Desjardins, Heather Desjardins (Stewart Poulter) and Darlene Desjardins (Denis). Dearly loved and special grandmother to Denis Desjardins, Mandy Desjardins, Mathieu Desjardins, Jamie Decoste and Kelly Decoste daughters of Mark Decoste. Cherished great-grandmother of Korrina Hayward, Jacob Lavoie and Brandon Lavoie. Dear sister of Norman MacDuff (Louise). Predeceased by her sister Edith "Tootsie" Newton and her brothers Irvin, Earl, Percy, Stuart, Angus, John "Ted", and Neil MacDuff. Sadly missed by her many nieces and nephews. Fondly remembered as "Auntie Mom" to all. Friends may pay their respects at Hillcrest Funeral Home 151 Bond Street, Vankleek Hill, Ontario on Wednesday May 30th , 2012 from 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday May 31st, 2012 at 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
