Dear Mrs. Tisdall and family, I am so sorry to hear of Douglas' passing. I always had the outmost respect for him. He was a kind and gentle person. I have fond memories of him during his years at Vanier College, bringing in fresh eggs and products from your farm. I was just talking about him to a colleague the other day. My last memory is of the day I came to visit in Hawkesbury, when I had the honour of meeting you and your daughter and for your kind hospitality. May he rest in peace. My deepest condolences.
