Jalbert, Jean-Pierre Peacefully at the Hawkesbury General Hospital on Thursday February 2, 2017 Jean-Pierre Jalbert of Chute a Blondeau, Ontario passed away at the age of 64. Predeceased by his parents Jean-Marie Jalbert and Yolande Castonguay. Dear father of Stéphane (Julie Hanna), Maude (Adrian Edmiston), Mélanie (Aliou Sene) and Marie-Andrée. Proud grandfather of Zoé Kirabo. Dear brother of Marie- France Demers (Claude), Sylvie-Anne Jalbert (Harris Norman), Robert Jalbert (Jeannine) and Michel Jalbert (Colleen). Predeceased by his brother Daniel. Fond brother in-law of Marie Marthe. Fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may visit at Hillcrest Funeral Home 151 Bond Street, Vankleek Hill on Friday March 3,2017 from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday March 4 ,2017 at 11 am at St- Joachim Catholic Church 1988 Main Street, Chute a Blondeau, Ontario followed by a reception at the Chute a Blondeau Community Centre.
