Darryl and I and a friend were walking down the street..we happened to notice a strange looking breed of dog ..it first began like this .. hey that's a weird looking dog ...kinda looks like a goat ..oh yeah Darryl like a goat dog ..ya a goat dog "Not too shnazgy a goat dog"...and then it was born ..the shnazgy goat dog ..Darryl perfected the drawn out nazle sound when the word shnazgy was said in the sentence... the egzageration of that sentence is now iconic in Rief book of impressions... I can still here him say it like no other ..sometimes he would even block his noise to make the joke 10 times funnier ..and nazle..haha .. only a few may understand this story ..but if you find it funny be blessed that was Darryl pure jokes..all Love

I had the privilege to know this very special person. I give thanks to God for giving me the opportunity to know Darryl. In the few times that I saw him, he was a very nice and funny man. I am so very sorry for your loss. One of my favourite memories of Darryl is from Trenton. We went to get gas for our big old Oldsmobile and he came with us and went to Wendy's. He came back to the car grinning and strutting his stuff because a pretty girl had hit on him. She smiled and said hello. The fact that she was the cashier did not dissuade him one bit! He was so confident that he had been hit on because he was just that irresistible to women! I hope they are ready for him up there in glory because it sure does seem like there are a lot of people missing him back down on this side. God bless you all! Take care of yourselves. Sandy

There are so many things I could write about my brother Darryl he was a warm,kindhearted person alot of people did not see but if you who knew Darryl always loved being around him,He said once that John candy was one of the funniest people who ever lived..i believe it was Darryl..no one could do the jokes or impressions he did.. I love you Darryl for everything God made you ..and I know that you forgive me for any hurt I may have caused and I forgive you...this I know is true...no guilt just peace and Love for you ...sleep in the Lord now till his return...
