Bedford, Diane Doris Peacefully at the Hawkesbury General Hospital after a courageous battle with lung cancer Diane Bedford passed away on Thursday March 8, 2012. Diane was born on Tuesday June 8, 1948, Crediton England. Beloved wife of Nicholas Goursky. Cherished mother of Adam, Matthew and Rebecca (Jarrett) and special mum to Jen Nixon and grandmum to Maya Robb. Dear sister of Heather, Bridget, Janet, Hilary and Andrew and their families, as well as relatives and friends around the globe. Diane particularly wished to stress that smoking kills and she hoped her example would inspire others to quit. Many thanks to the wonderful caregivers who helped Diane along this last rocky road and boundless gratitude to her many friends in the community whose thoughtfulness and consideration helped lighten the load over the months.
