Nécrologie de René Vernier

It is with heavy hearts we announce on Thursday, November 9,2023 at the Hawkesbury General Hospital René Vernier of Vankleek Hill passed away at the age of 77. Predeceased by his parents Florian "Tammy" Vernier and Bella Perreault. Loving husband of Maureen Cummings. Dearly loved father of Denyse Vernier-Labelle (Patrick), Sylvie Lessard (Stephane) and his stepson Steve Lalonde (Janie). Predeceased by his son Denis. Proud grandfather of Sophy, Vicky, Marc André, Julie-Pierre, Élyssa, Jeremy, and Jayden. Great-grandfather of Willyiam. Dear brother of Cécile Duval (Richard) and George Vernier (Marg). Predeceased by his brother Johnny Vernier and his sisters Isabel Laniel and Suzanne Laughren. Sadly missed by his mother-in-law of Elsie Cummings and her family. Fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews.
