Nécrologie de David Crevier
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the death of David Crevier, on Friday, September 9, 2022, following a short but courageous battle with cancer. David leaves behind his beloved wife Cindy of 31 years. He also leaves behind his loving mother Joycelyn (the late Pierre Crevier) and his dearly loved sister Joanne (Martin Smith). David grew up in the idyllic neighbourhood of Hillcrest Gardens, in Pierrefonds. He loved to spend time at the family cottage in Vermont. This is where he developed his love of nature. In line with that love of nature, David received a degree as a Forestry Engineer from the University of Vermont. David worked at the Forestry Research Centre of the Canadian International Paper Company in Harrington, Quebec. Where he produced some of the best maple syrup you could ever find. He then moved on to work in his field for the Federal Government until his retirement.
David had a great love for music, he especially enjoyed playing his guitar. You could often find David volunteering at community events or lending a helping hand to others. Family and friends will miss David's great conversations and his beautiful smile.
A Private Celebration of David's Life will be held at the Hillcrest Funeral Home in Vankleek Hill.
