Peacefully at the Hawkesbury General Hospital on Saturday, January 16,2021. Doreen McMeekin (nee Howes) of Vankleek Hill formerly of Dalkeith passed away at the age of 79. Predeceased by her parents Clifford and Viola Howes. Beloved wife of the late John D. McMeekin. Loving mother of Brent (Emily) and Kerrie (Cindy).  Cherished grandmother of Hayley, Kyle, Tyler and Konnor. Dear sister of Shirley Hunter (the late Harold), Lloyd Howes (Irene) and Glenn Howes (Helen). Fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews.

Due to the current circumstances, a Private Family Service will be held at Hillcrest Funeral Home, Vankleek Hill followed by interment at St Columba Cemetery, Kirk Hill.
