Predeceased by her parents Samuel and Helena Stevens of Hawkesbury. Beloved wife of the late Walton Howard Smith. Loving mother of Steven (Charlene Reasbeck). Dear sister of Helena Jean Higginson (the late Ernest Higginson Sr.) Predeceased by her brothers George and Sam Stevens. Fond sister-in-law of Leona Stevens. Dearly loved godmother of Constance Higginson Murray (Rev. Stewart Murray). Dear aunt of Ernest Higginson (Marie) and Darwin Stevens (Sue). Predeceased by her her nephew Jeffrey Stevens. Fondly remembered by her 4 great-nieces and her 1 great-nephew. Relatives and friends may pay their respects at Hillcrest Funeral Home 151 Bond Street, Vankleek Hill, Ontario on Monday December 29,2014 from 12 pm to 1:30 pm followed by a Funeral Service at 2 pm at St. John’s Anglican Church, 5845 Church Street, Vankleek Hill.
