Peacefully at the Prescott Residence, Hawkesbury on Saturday, December 28,2019 Glenn Hunter of Vankleek Hill passed away at the age of 82. Predeceased by his parents Barton Hunter and Margaret McDonald. Dearly loved father of Beverly. Predeceased by his daughter Deborah.Cherished grandfather of Kyle and Hailey.  Dear brother of Georgia Livock (Leigh), Jean Beveridge (Sheldon), Myrna Wright (the late Allister) and Gail Gregor (Lewis). Predeceased by his brother Alex. Fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Glenn enjoyed attending the Glengarry Highland Games in the summers. He loved to dance and was a master of this craft.  In his later years, Glenn was very content to spend quiet times at home with his loyal little dog, Bamber. His grandchildren will always cherish their fond memories of being able to treat their Grandpa many times to his favorite meal, chip stand fries, a hamburger and a Pepsi.

Relatives and friends may visit at Hillcrest Funeral Home Ltd., 151 Bond Street, Vankleek Hill on Thursday, January 2, 2020 from 12 noon to 2 pm followed by a Funeral Service at 2 pm in the funeral home. Interment Greenwood Cemetery, Vankleek Hill, Ontario. In memoriam donations to the Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
