McDonald, Ian Former owner of National Decor & McDonald Tile Peacefully at the Ottawa Hospital General Campus with his family by his side after a hard fought battle with cancer on Saturday August 9,2014 Ian McDonald of Ottawa passed away at the age of 73. Predeceased by his parents Donald John McDonald and Iris LeRoy. Loving husband of Jane (née Brock). Proud father of John, Sean, Rod (Devry) and Tracie.Cherished grandfather of Jade. Dear brother of Allan (Doreen). Predeceased by his brother Bill (Brenda). Fond nephew of Phyllis Campbell and Doris LeRoy. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Ian will be sadly missed by his sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law of the Brock family. Relatives and friends may pay their respects at Hillcrest Funeral Home 151 Bond Street, Vankleek Hill, Ontario on Friday August 15, 2014 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday August 16, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at St. John’s Anglican Church, 5845 Church Street, Vankleek Hill, Ontario.
