Nécrologie de Glenys Guindon

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Glenys Guindon on May 25th, 2026, at the age of 92. She was the beloved daughter of the late John Crooks and the late Hazel Crooks (nee Bradford). She has gone to join her devoted husband, the late Eugene Guindon.

She will be dearly missed by her children Michel and Kathleen (Paul); her grandchildren Daniel, Ashlee (Jean-Philippe), Jeremie (Claudia), Mathew (Tanya), and Natasha; her great-grandchildren Logan, Jackson, Edison, Mikael, Alexi, Lily-Rose, and Lucas; as well as her sister Barbara (late Jack).

She was predeceased by her son Brian (Liz), her grandchildren Fritz Junior and Natalie, her great-grandchild Nadia, and her siblings Kilgar, Phyllis, John, Richard, Hazel, and Ronnie.

The family wishes to thank the staff of the Prescott and Russell Residence for their compassionate care and support over the years.

A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, June 8th, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the St. Gregory of Nazianzus Parish (137 Higginson Street, Vankleek Hill, ON). The family will receive condolences beginning at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at the St. Gregory Cemetery (6215 Duval Street, Vankleek Hill, ON).
