Nécrologie de Charles William Deacon

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Charles William Deacon of Green Valley on Wednesday, February 19th, 2025, at the age of 83. A devoted husband, father, and grandfather, Charles will be deeply missed by his beloved wife, Beverley Deacon (née Hudson), with whom he shared 58 happy years together. He was a proud and loving father to Ron and an adoring grandfather to his cherished grandson, Ryan. Charles is also survived by  his brother-in-law, Doug, wife Sharon,  his nephew, Kevin (Alexandra) his niece Kim (Cameron) and their respective children. He will be missed by his many friends.

Friends and family are invited to attend a Celebration of Life gathering on Saturday March 8, 2025 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at Breadalbane Baptist Church, Dalkeith, Ontario. 

The family wishes to extend their sincere gratitude to Hugh Grant and the compassionate staff of the University of Ottawa Heart Institute for the outstanding care they provided to Charles.

A Tree of Remembrance in Charles' honour will be planted in the McAlpine Forever Forest, in Vankleek Hill.
